Personal visual‑development project exploring how a single hand‑drawn character sketch can evolve into a broader world of scenes, posters and merchandise using an AI‑assisted illustration pipeline. The initial concept sketch is drawn by hand; all following images are created with AI tools and manual finishing, and all characters, scenes and products are original creations.

Focusing on clear proportions, silhouette and expression for both Hubert and the chef. The AI‑generated renders allow fast iteration on shapes and materials while keeping a consistent, appealing cast suitable for animation and marketing visuals. The front, side and back views are not 100% anatomically accurate turnarounds, but they provide a solid starting point for further refinement and modeling.
